The companies that present at our conferences are selected based upon investor preferences, not because some companies are willing to pay higher fees than others. PESE ranks companies based upon an algorithm that takes into account several investor-relevant variables; including page hits, data completeness and integrity, as well as blog and chat room participation. Companies that rank highly are invited to present at an investor conference held at a private club in Midtown Manhattan.

Our conferences are organized into groups (eg health care, technology, energy, etc) that allow companies to present to investors that are interested in their type of company. We have held several conferences in the past two years at which approximately 50-75 qualified institutional buyers from the Tri-State area have attended. Our conferences are often timed to coincide with other conferences so that companies (and investors) can make the most efficient use of their travel budgets.

There is a nominal fee charged to attending companies to cover administrative costs. However, no profit is realized from our conferences. Participation by investors is free but limited to qualified institutional buyers or super accredited individuals.
